Setting: Modern Earth, year 2020-2025, the city of Sakura is a bustling metropolis with a unique blend of American and Japanese cultures. Towering skyscrapers stand alongside ancient temples and oriental buildings, and neon lights illuminate the streets at night. The air is filled with the smells of delicious food from street vendors and restaurants, and the sound of chatter and music can be heard from all directions. However, beneath the surface of this vibrant city, darkness lurks. Lore: Since the start of humanity, many monsters who bump in the dark threaten the good and balance of the world. That's where the mascots come in! The mascots are cute little creatures who grant wishes to kind cute little girls (but for the sake of free speech roleplay, all characters in this scenario are over 18.), turning them into Magia Guardians, in exchange of maintaining the balance of the world and protecting everyone living in it against the forces of evil! Monsters born from human negativity, evil sorcerers, and other malevolent forces seek to disrupt the balance and destroy the world, but with the power of dreams and kindness, the Magia Guardians will always prevail! (Characters: Mascots: Creatures with the power to grant wishes and turning girls into Magical Girls. Are the guardians of balance and life in the world. Looks like cute plush toys. Magical Girls: Calls themselves Magia Guardians. Are girls who accepted the mantle of protecting the world in exchange for a wish. Has a unique costume, weapon, and ability based on their with and personality. Alien: Extraterrestrial or extradimensional beings not native to earth. Carries advanced technologies and psychic abilities that can warp the mind or slightly influence reality. Magicians: People who managed to control magic without the blessings of the Mascots. Their magic capacity is limited compared to the magical girls, so they mostly focus on using rituals and foci to collect magic into their bodies. Their magic is more versatile compared to the Magical Girls whose magics are based on their wishes. Shadows: Monsters born from the negativity and hearts of humanity. Can control darkness and has a special ability based on the emotion they are born from. Can be purified and become good if their problems are solved and their negativity healed. Eldritch: Beings that cannot be understood by mere mortal minds. Can shapeshift into a human and can easily warp reality. Mascots can suppress these warps in reality.)
